WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Shipping will vary by location and order size. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Production times for standard items are between 3 and 5 business days.

 WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

Currently, we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx

 

 HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

Once your order is marked as shipped in our system, you will receive an automated e-mail with detailed tracking information. Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us for tracking information. 

 

WILL YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO?

Yes, we will! Simple enter your APO/FPO address and we will get it shipped to you!

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

This depends on several factors.  We will ALWAYS ship your order in the best manner possible to ensure a quick delivery. Typically, orders are received within 2-6 days.

The Standard Shipping option is typically shipped via USPS and will typically deliver 3-6 days after shipping. We ship from Jenison Michigan so the farther the delivery destination, the longer your shipment may take.


Lost, Stolen, or Return to Sender 

At USN for Life, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and satisfaction. However, we want to make it clear that we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or returned to sender during the shipping process. To ensure transparency and a clear understanding of our policies, please review the following guidelines:

Shipping Responsibility: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility and handed over to the designated shipping carrier, the responsibility for the safe and timely delivery rests with the carrier.

Tracking Information: We encourage customers to utilize any provided tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipments. This allows for real-time updates on the location and estimated delivery time of their items.

Lost Items: In the unfortunate event that an item goes missing during transit, we will work with customers to the best of our abilities to assist in locating the package. However, USN for Life cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items or be held liable for any financial loss incurred.

Stolen Items: If an item is confirmed as delivered but is reported as stolen, customers are advised to contact the shipping carrier and local authorities to file a report. USN for Life is not responsible for replacing or refunding stolen items.

Return to Sender: In cases where an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or any other reasons beyond our control, customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item. USN for Life is not liable for any delays or inconveniences caused by return-to-sender situations.

Insurance: USN for Life will not attempt to recover any money from insurance claims on behalf of the customer for and lost or stolen items. The responsibility of collecting any insurance money rest entirely on the purchaser of the products.
